Hi, I'm Kimberly, a local mom of three beautiful children and the owner of Petals & Pearls Florals.
This business was created from one of the most emotional seasons of my life. My two sons were both born premature — one at 27 weeks and the other at 28 weeks — and becoming a NICU mom completely changed me. Between the long days in the NICU, the fear, the exhaustion, and the emotional weight of it all, I felt torn between wanting to be present for my children and the reality of having to return to work. Through it all, their big sister reminded me every day why I needed to keep pushing forward and building something better for our family.

I'll never forget the night that changed everything for me. After a full day of work and bedtime routines, I finally got a quiet moment to hold my baby around 8 PM. I looked into his eyes while crying and promised myself I would do everything possible to build a life where I could be home more with my children. That promise became Petals & Pearls Florals.
What started as a dream during one of the hardest chapters of my life turned into something beautiful — a business built with love, resilience, and passion. Flowers became a way for me to create joy, celebrate love, and be part of life's most meaningful moments while building a life centered around my family.
Every arrangement, flower bar, and event I create comes from the heart. When you support my small business, you are supporting a mom's dream, a family, and the promise I made to my children to never stop creating a better life for them.
